Instructions
Combine in a bowl:
1/2 cup Viva Lowfat Cottage Cheese (be sure to check the label on cottage cheese- don’t get a lowfat or fat free cottage cheese if the sugar content is higher than the full fat option).
2 sliced strawberries
8-10 blueberries
1/4 cup sliced dry roasted almonds
This can be made the night before but I do recommend keeping the almonds in a separate container to maintain their crunch.
