I've attended Bikram Yoga studios all over the US and in Holland. This studio has my favorite instructors. They are positive, encouraging, and politely correct my form which I greatly appreciate. The first few classes as a beginner or after taking a hiatus are difficult and the staff makes all the difference in maintaining focus and positivity. I recommend committing to being consistent as the physical and mental benefits become apparent after just a few classes and increase rapidly thereafter. I find that arriving 15-20 minutes early help my body to get acclimated to the heat and I have a better practice overall. Bikram Yoga has helped me heal from a cervical fusion, sciatica, and has kept me sane through some very difficult times and likely saved a few lives as a result ;) Look for Groupon deals and studio specials.
