Serious nutritional guidelines helped me to win over my weight loss challange

The mental and physical battle with weight effects so many of us daily. I was lucky enough to cross paths with HellaBella Athletics when I decided to compete in a weight loss challenge through Orangetheory and needed some serious nutrition guidance. Running was my avenue of exercise for five years and then in July I added OTF. Let's just say I quickly became an addict! I kept running and doing OTF, but I was not fueling my body properly. I had a conversation with Kelsey and Amy one afternoon about my nutrition and what my goals were, and that's when I decided to become a HB client on their Fuel Plan. Honestly, the BEST decision I've ever made. I followed their meal plan and initially panicked thinking there was NO WAY I would lose weight or even have a chance at winning the weight loss challenge with the amount of food they were recommending me to eat. Turns out, I was wrong. Very wrong! Six weeks of their coaching and continued workouts and I dropped 16.5 lbs--good enough for 3rd place in the challenge. Not only did my body change, but my mind did. I became more confident, felt stronger and the sense of accomplishment is still with me. I'm sticking with these lovely ladies to reach my long term goals and I'm SO excited to see where they will take me!
