I have just finished the tailored 6 week Mastering menopause- A Nutritional Approach program that Sarah tai put together for me. This is the first time I've ever finished something like this and I think it was because I saw and felt results almost straight away. Everything was set out and easy to follow, from the daily process to the meal plans and shopping lists. Sarah was fantastic to talk to, so helpful and knowledgeable and always came up something to replace if there was anything I didn't like. The weekly check ins kept me accountable too. I now know what my body feels like when it's light compared to bloated and uncomfortable and the foods that work for me and what doesn't. At the end of this program I am comfortable moving forward and putting my own meals together from my "preferred list" and know the portion sizes that my body requires.
The reduction in the menopause symptoms is fantastic with the added bonus of losing almost 4.5kg!! Thank you again Sarah you are amazing. I would highly recommend anyone wanting to anything nutrition based to get in contact with Sarah. 😁🙏🏻😁
