I am a fitness enthusiast since 2010, and I've tried a lot of fitness+diet routine through trial and error. As I was referred by a friend to subscribe to Tim Nutrition, at first I am not convinced with the tips, but I've noticed that those tips are unique (something that others would not specifically discuss) and those tips are the same process that gave me good results on my fitness journey. I would highly recommend Mr. Tim as a wellness and fitness coach.
P.S. I am not a client. Just a silent observer. I don't get easily convinced by fitness trainer and coach but Mr. Tim did convince me.
