I feel so much relaxed with Yoga sessions

I fell in love with yoga thanks to Cyril!
For a long time I simply refused to try yoga as thought it was boring, too slow, very easy (!) and definitely not for me (I always preferred fast-paced cardio training). However, when I went on holiday to India, I decided to give it a go. I must say I fell in love with it after the first class with Cyril. He is simply amazing, very good technically with the right teaching approach. He floats around the students and always corrects their poses (yes, he is not afraid to touch them, unlike some of the other teachers I have come across who will only tell you what you do wrong - I don't find this approach as effective as Cyril's) as well as encourages and pushes them to do more (e.g. head and handstand during the first class - wow!). The sessions are full-on and 2 hours pass by very quickly. At the end of each session, there are breathing exercises followed by a meditation that will leave you feeling totally relaxed. Thanks to Cyril I am now a devoted yoga student. I will be back for more soon! Please, please if you're in the area do go to his classes. I am sure you will love it as much as I have!
