NWW has truly changed my life! I first heard about them while listening to their radio show on mytalk107.1 on Saturday mornings at 8:00. I was trying to remove gluten from my diet but was not sure what to eat in place of all of the breads and pastas. I learned that just eating the gluten - free products you see in the stores was the wrong way to go - you should eat real food and stay away from the packaged junk! I also learned to eat animal protein throughout the day to keep energy levels up and prevent blood sugar dips.
