Summary

After being told by a physiotherapist that I would never be able to do a sit-up again due to my bad back, I am so thankful that Wrightstown Health & Fitness proved her wrong!
My trainer Christian quite literally transformed me. When I first started, I hated running and now I absolutely love it. I'm almost amazed that I can now climb a rope, something I couldn't even do in fifth grade. I'm stronger than I've ever been, which makes me feel empowered and fulfilled.
In the past, I've never felt comfortable in gyms because of the lack of professional guidance. However, from the get-go, I knew that I was in good hands. And what strikes me about the trainers at WHF is the fact that they truly care about their clients, something that makes me want to stay there long term. What I also love is the fact that everybody at the gym is so approachable, and I have made several friends since joining.
In addition, the trainers are great with all ages, confidently supervising the workouts of my 12-year-old daughter and 15-year-old son, and customizing them to their goals.
