Summary

Therapy:

I’m seeing a functional medicine doctor and she said it might help. If it does, I’m to increase it to 3 times a day

I have been trying Oregano oil  before bed, just a couple of drops under my tongue then a swoosh round with water, and I feel good when I wake up. Less bloated and I went for my bowel movement more than I would normally. I normally only pass a small amount of wee.

I'm better than I was. A lot of symptoms have now gone and I do feel more well but I am still trying to deal with weight gain. It doesn't seem to matter what I eat, or don't eat, I just keep putting on weight. So I suppose it's a mini success story. I will keep going though.

I am sharing my mini success, although I hope this isn't the end of my story.
