Recommend everything he does! He is brilliant! I was an RN for 20 yrs but had to quit work after my 2nd child C-section & already having fibromyalgia, had pretty bad endometriosis with several surgeries, migraines, chronic sinus infections. My kids started getting sick as infants & knew they had signs of fibromyalgia & my daughter ended up with hypothyroid & about at 9mo old had an anemia incident & needed supplementation Iron. And that’s when she started infections. My sons was at 6 was old. Took many many yrs of no help from conventional Drs & finally went to Functional medicine Dr who diagnosed us all with MTHFR MUTATIONS. My poor son having 2. I came across Dr Lynch’s site doing research & didn’t need to go anywhere else! I learned so much from reading his materials & watching videos. I have Dirty Genes just haven’t had time to read it taking care of my 82 yr old Mother with Parkinson’s & anxiety & I now have Rheumatoid Arthritis too. My kids take your Optimal Multivitamins & several other supplements. I recommend those to people a lot! He has done such excellent work to help so many people!!! Thank you Dr Lynch!!!!

Peter Harvey is a very knowledgeable and skilled acupuncturist. I tried acupuncture as a last resort for fibromyalgia pain in my hip that caused me to limp for a year. I was an absolute skeptic. When I got off the table the pain was gone.

I also have trigeminal neuralgia. Peter was confident that he could help with that pain. Knowing that they call TN the "suicide disease" for a reason, I was certain that there was no way he could help me with this. Much to my utter surprise, after tweaking the needles a few times, the pain disappeared. I am now a believer. As long as I am vigilant about coming in for maintenance treatments, the pain is kept in check. I was also able to reduce my medication from 800 mg a day to 75mg.

I highly recommend Eastern Healing.

I first came to Arizona Natural Medicine for help with my fibromyalgia symptoms. At that time, my symptoms were so bad that I could barely get around, I couldn’t think straight, I couldn’t remember for more than a few hours into the past or into the future and my prospects for having any kind of life did not exist, at all, period!

That was around eight years ago. Now, I can say with complete honesty that I’ve regained most of my mobility, I have a mind that I actually recognize and most importantly, I now have a life, one that I can enjoy and can share with my wife and my family members. Although my struggle to regain my life has been a long one, Dr. Lane and Dr. Khalsa have been with me every step of the way. They simply will not give up on you. Ever!

Both of these doctors have helped me in so many ways over the years that I’ve lost count. But, if I were to try and pick their greatest contribution to my life, thus far, it would have to be their success in teaching me how to look beyond my fibromyalgia and toward a fully holistic approach to life itself.

So, when you combine these masterful skills with their genuinely warm and caring spirits, you can’t help but feel right at home when you come visit with them.

To be honest, I don’t have the words to adequately express my heart felt gratitude and appreciation for the work that Dr. Lane and Dr. Khalsa have done for myself and for my family. I really do not know what I would do without them. I really don’t. So, does the phrase “Thank God for Dr. Lane and Dr. Khalsa” seem a bit much? Well, not as far as I’m concerned! As a matter of fact, it feels exactly right to me.

That managing Fibromyalgia with Fitness is the best medicine ever! I feel so passionate about this, it glows inside me. I want to teach everything I learnt on my journey to inspire and inform all of my story.

My inspiration to share My Fibro Story of Fighting Fibro with Fitness, stems from my almost disbelief of how much better I feel since weight training and good nutrition entered my life. At the beginning, I had tried so much to manage my fibro and felt desperate that nothing worked. At first, the idea of exercising when feeling so ill appalled me and I was terrified of feeling worse. But in fact, what it did was allow me to put my illnesses down and become me again. I have to be careful, but I now feel strong rather than permanently afraid as I used to. With strength, comes the energy and motivation to take better control of my life and my health. I so much wish the same for others.

I try to avoid foods that cause inflammation such as Eggplant. I have tried to go Gluten free and

have created lot of recipes as part of living with Fibromyalgia. I have tried alternative therapies as well and

would like to share my experience. I have tried MG12 Pain Relief Cream as I was told by someone that it helped his mother.

Mg12 has a lot of products on their website and I've used only a few of them so far in different forms. I've tried the Body Balm and

MagneSoothe spray, which contains lavender oil. And the MagneSport roll on and balm. I do like them all, but I'm more partial to the Body

Balm/ MagneSoothe Oil Spray for bedtime since it contains lavender. I like the oil spray for my harder to reach areas. It makes it easier to

apply to my back. And the balm is, well put simply, THE BOMB!

Neither product leaves a residue like other pain rubs I have tried and there isn't that awful burning sensation when you put it on. The MagneSport roll on

was a little itchy on my dry skin (some of you remember my ordeal with eczema). This sensation went away within a minute of applying it and I didn't

get any further irritation. The idea of the products is to use them often because the Magnesium will replenish your body's deficiency and you will start to feel better. I had an almost instant pain relief result when I used MagneSport. The Body Balm dulled the pain enough to help me relax and fall asleep, but I

did have to re-apply it once more to get a better effect.  I've been a fan of Epsom Salts for quite some time, but nothing compares to Dead Sea salts for pain, regularity, skin irritations, and energy and I can't wait to try their bath salts!

Much of my pain is sciatica pain and shoulder pain from sitting or standing for too long and being hunched over on my desk writing. The shoulder pain is something that I'm used to dealing with on a daily basis, but the sciatic pain can throw me for a loop where all I want to do is find some relief.

I think I have found some relief from a product called Australian Dream Back Relief Cream. Now, for the sake of formalities, one, please consult your doctor before trying any new product for pain relief, and, two, I am not affiliated with this product in any way. I bought this product on my own accord and I'm giving all of you the

thoughts I have on it so you can check it out for yourself. The product is not sticky like some pain rubs can be. There's no odor either and that actually made me wonder if the product would actually work! I went from a pain scale of 8 to a pain level of 1 when I woke up the next morning. It did take a bit of time to see results. My pain, however, was so minimal in

the morning that I actually wondered if I was dreaming!

If you like to take baths like I do, there's a great product by Dr. Teal that helps with very sore muscles. I've used this product during flares and I've used it when I worked out too much one day at the gym (thanks, Lee, still remember the feeling of THAT burn LOL!). This product works very well for both types of soreness. I had severe muscle tears with

my first ever biking class (again, thanks, Lee!) and this soak helped to relieve the soreness related to that type of pain, as well as major fibro flares. The menthol aroma also helped to relax me enough to sleep afterward. I write my thoughts and ideas on my blog as well at: http://www.fibroandfabulous.com/

I have stopped having caffeine (due to have tachycardia, lifestyle changes I have started to use my crutches as a support and am also registered disabled.

We have tried varying therapies from pain management and using a tens machine which worked for a while but now doesn’t due to my fibro it makes my skin feel as though it’s on fire! We have tried psychological therapy (again did not work and made me angry mostly as they were trying to say it was all in my head). The only thing that has worked for me is a combination of heavy duty pain killers (codeine, diazepam and amitryptalyne) however I can’t work and take these at the same time so I have had to find a healthy balance between working and resting which is no easy feet! The other therapy I have gone for which is my own doing is writing my blog, talking about how I’m feeling and not sugar coating the nasty bits of chronic illnesses, if I can help just one person through doing so it will make me feel a sense of achievement!

I would say at the moment I am feeling 0 so perfectly in the middle of feeling worse and feeling fab, it’s a difficult thing to battle with day to day but I have a good support network around me and I won’t let it take over my life. Please see my blog:https://unconventionallynormal.com.
