When I share yoga in classes, workshops or retreats I wish to educate and create a safe space for healing and transformation. Yoga, for me, has never just been about the yoga poses. It is about the spark the class and practise may create for something much bigger.
My classes are inspired by flow yoga, prana + soma vinyasa, alignment, ayurvedic and yogic philosophy. They are open for all levels, variations and modifications are always offered.
My approach to teaching whether someone’s very first yoga class, fellow yoga teachers or the occasional drop-in student is: to facilitate a space to breathe, to be, and learn to listen to our own inner wisdom – with a mixture of mindfulness, light-heartedness and deep work.
