Being Type-A, ambitious, goal-driven, and a perfectionist, I would have gone into full blown burnout if not for my discovery of yoga therapy.
My yoga studies began 10 years ago, but it wasn’t until I found yoga therapy three years ago that I began to master the art of redirecting stress and tensions towards effective self-growth, resilience, and contentment through physical nurturing and inner reflection. Now, I offer these tools to you.
My wide spectrum of yoga therapy modalities include Spinal Release Yoga, Viniyoga, Pranayama (Yoga Breathing Practices), Meditation, Guided Relaxation, Ayurveda, and Holistic Nutrition. I adapt these ancient tools of yoga to modern conditions to serve individuals who are depleted, exhausted, and in pain. I empower companies to integrate stress management practices for the health, productivity, and happiness of their employees.
