About Me My name is Annika, I grew up in Austria and in 2014 I moved to Ibiza and started my business Never Mind, Just Be. I am a versatile movement enthusiast and handstand lover. My curiosity lead me through a big variety of sports and disciplines. From martial arts, gymnastics, parkour and freerunning, kettlebell and cross-training, to natural movement. Education and trainings Yoga Yoga has been an important anchor for me since 2007. As I discovered Vinyasa Flow Yoga I felt so much love and peace within me after each class and since then it has become a big part of my life. 2014 Hatha Yoga Teacher Training, Ibiza 2016 Vinyasa Flow Yoga Teacher Training, influenced by Anusara Yoga with Suzanne Faith; 200hrs accredited by Yoga Alliance, Ibiza Workshops with Bryan Kest (Power Yoga), Suzanne Faith, Dice Iida Klein (handstands), Moritz Ulrich (adjustments), Yuval Ayalon (handstands), Jason Crandell (sequencing). Shiatsu and Massage Rest and relaxation are equally important as it is to move. Having experienced the depth of relaxation through Shiatsu massage treatments and the effects it had on my whole life, I eventually knew this was something I wanted to pass on to others. 2014 Meridian Massage, Austria 2010-2013 Diploma for Shiatsu at the Hara Shiatsu Institute, Vienna 2005 Reiki level 2 in Austria 2000 Reiki level 1 in Austria Life Coaching In 2003 I attended a Coaching Camp for teenagers which was the most eye opening experience of my life. I started to understand that I am the only one responsible for what’s in my life and for what isn’t. I continued this path of growth and conscious living ever since. From 2004 – 2007 I did the Future Coaching Training in Austria to become a life coach. Personal growth, transformation, change, as uncomfortable as it can be at times, it is the only way to a truly fulfilled and happy life. It means that you have to grab yourself gently by your ears, give yourself a loving kick in the ass and make the best of the short time we have on this beautiful planet.
