About me
Dr. Terra Winston graduated from Bastyr University in 2016 and spent her first 4 years in practice at Evergreen Center for Integrative Medicine in Seattle, learning how to treat complex chronic illness (such as Lyme disease and co-infections) and honing in her physical medicine skills. Recently she relocated to her hometown of Wenatchee, WA to open a private practice specializing in regenerative medicine and anti-aging therapies.
As a life-long athlete Dr. Winston has a passion for sports medicine and loves keeping athletes in the game. She believes hands-on therapy is essential when it comes to pain relief and is skilled in manual adjustments, craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation, IV nutrient therapy and several injection techniques that encourage healing of damaged tissues that wouldn't normally heal on their own.
When she's not working Dr. Winston can be found entertaining her 1 year old baby boy, Mason, and enjoying the outdoors with her partner, Adam, and her dog, Chloe. She is a foodie at heart living with many food sensitivities and loves baking healthy, allergy-free treats for all to enjoy!
