About me
As a registered dietitian nutritionist, I help people with chronic health conditions optimize their health through evidence-based nutrition therapy. I have a bachelor's degree in Dietetics and a master's degree in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine. After undergoing my own personal health journey with autoimmune GI disease and discovering the life-changing effects of functional nutrition, I knew I had to share what I'd learned with others undergoing similar challenges. Today, I specialize in gut health and all the conditions impacted by it including digestive disorders (IBD, colitis, IBS, GERD, SIBO), autoimmunity, and mental health conditions (autism, PANDAS, PANS, migraine). I have firsthand experience with the difficulties that come along with a chronic health condition, and I am passionate about helping others overcome their own health challenges. I also work with clients with mast cell disease including mastocytosis, mast cell activation disorder, and histamine issues. Utilizing a functional medicine approach, I aim to uncover the root cause of disease and create personalized plans for longstanding health and vitality.
