About me
I am an integrative and functional dietitian, local food enthusiast, and lover of all things outdoors. I started my private practice called Local Roots Nutrition in order to help clients get to the root cause of their ailments. I offer a personalized approach to guide individuals toward the most appropriate lifestyle and nutrition plan for their unique physiology.
I graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with my Bachelors of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics and the University of South Florida with my Masters in Public Health and dietetic internship. I am currently completing the Integrative and Functional Nutrition Academy I have learned that food and herbs are incredibly powerful tools and should be the first line of defense when it comes to most health conditions. Now, my goal is to help others overcome chronic conditions, reduce or stop unwanted medications, and gain the tools to live in the most nourishing way possible. I am now offering GI Map Stool Test and DUTCH hormone testing in my practice.
