About me
Ellison Clark
I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) focused on helping others to live a healthful life without losing their mind.
I became an RDN because I have a passion for helping people and making an impact in their life.
I decided to work with those with PCOS, diabetes, prediabetes, and digestion issues because these are all things I have personally experienced in my life. What I love is that simple changes to nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress can have a huge impact on our health, our symptoms and the way that we feel.
I know this from personal experience. I have been able to make these changes in my life and improve my symptoms as well as my quality of life.
My goal is to be your partner in health. I will educate you, support you, hold you accountable, and celebrate with you all along the way.
I use my education, expertise, and own experience to help you create a customized plan to manage your PCOS symptoms with food, movement, and lifestyle changes that fit you and your preferences.
PCOS looks different from one person to the next, so there is no one-size-fits-all plan that will be successful for everyone.
I use with my clients includes personalized testing, nutrition, lifestyle, and supplements. I take into consideration things like your job, your schedule, your current habits, your history, and many other things to set you up for long-term success.
