About me

Ashleigh Caradas is a registered dietician and yoga instructor who is committed to helping you make the shift to a healthier you. Ashleigh holds a bachelor's degree in Science from the University of the Witwatersrand and a Medical honours degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Cape Town. She has been in private practice as a Nutritionist and Dietician since 2000. She completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2008 and gives private and group classes and also runs a Registered Yoga School for aspiring teachers.

    About Our Clinic

    Ashleigh offers one-on-one nutritional consultations at her practice In Parktown North, Johannesburg. An initial consultation involves a thorough assessment of your overall health and well-being and includes anthropometric measurements (like BMI and body fat) and blood and genetic tests, where necessary. Patients receive individualized meal plans, supplementation advice and ongoing nutritional and emotional support and encouragement in the follow-ups sessions. Consultations are covered by most medical aids.
