I invite you to experience my Yoga & Meditation classes, so that you have an opportunity to unlock your true potential to live long with ample wealth and health accompanying peace and joy.. The way I present the classes is very unique. I combine various techniques that I’ve learned starting from childhood with various ancient traditions spread across India and with the knowledge and wisdom gained over the years of personal practice. Using my intuitive insight I am able to feel into what each person or the group as a collective needs at every moment, and deliver that by offering appropriate guidance and spiritual tools.Apart from focusing of the physical aspect of Yoga (asana, postures), i also incorporate Yoga Nidra (psychic sleep), Pranayama (breathing techniques to expand the life force energy), Pratyahara (withdrawal of the senses to direct awareness inwards), Mantra Chanting (healing sound vibration), Mudras (hand gestures to deepen the practice), Dharana (concentration), which leads to Dhyana (meditation). I work closely with Chakra (energy channels) and meridian balancing sequences that help restore the flow of prana, the life force energy, in the body. I often finish the sessions to help my clients to enter a deep state of relaxation and healing.
In on-on-one sessions of Naturopathy and Yoga Therapy i create unique specific programs for the clients based on their PDE (presently dominant element). I design individual programs for clients to help to create balance and harmony in the physical, mental and emotional body, as well as working on restoring specific health issues.
I have been practicing and expertise in the following techniques.
Kundalini Initiation and Meditation
Prana Initiation and Meditation ( Internal breathing technique of ancient tamil siddha tradition)
Osho Meditation techniques
Chakra cleansing and balancing
Self Enquiry technique by Ramana Maharishi
Great Teacher, providing what i would call a rather unique of different approach to modern yoga. Combining Meditation breath work and asana rather than focusing on physical motion alone. Cool stuff.
