About me
Around 7 years back, my life changed...dramatically. I became interested in metaphysics and psychology. And an unseen, untapped world opened up. This has led to my now permanent avatar as a counselor and holistic health practitioner. Before that, I spent 11 years in the corporate world after an MBA, and in my last profile, I headed marketing for Vogue and Conde Nast Traveler in India.
I am a firm believer in Erik Erikson's theories on childhood belief development. All my work confirms that almost all adult blocks and patterns have their roots in the first pivotal 8 years. And I passionately believe in the power of energy and the chakra system. I specialise in core pattern analysis, relationship and inner child therapies, and all physical health issues. I also dabble in photography, all ancient and alternative healing arts and cooking; and am intensely in love with travel and learning.
