I am a soon to be Medical Doctor from First Moscow State Medical University of Russia. I have been heavily involved in medical research and believe in Integrative medicine. As a health conscious individual, I advocate a lot on healthy eating and the importance of getting the right nutrients for our body to increase the quality of life.
