About me

My name is Brianna, and i am a Registered Dietitian. I received my Bachelors of Science in Nutrition from California State University Long Beach in 2014. I then went on to do my Dietetic Internship at the University of Oklahoma in Oklahoma City for 16 months. I worked in 10 different hospitals throughout the metro area of OKC, as well as cancer centers, outpatient diabetes centers, and dialysis centers. I also worked in specialty hospitals for heart disease and blood diseases including auto-immune disorders. I am now working on my master in Holistic and Functional Medicine from the University of Western States. It is my passion in life to assist others in healing their bodies through natural means. I myself have dealt with an auto-immune disease affecting my kidneys. I was able to control my disease through anti-inflamatory foods, and nutrient dense whole supplements and herbs. I am a firm believe in the power of food as medicine, and I will not stop researching, learning, and spreading my knowledge until the world knows about the many and amazing natural ways to heal outside of western medicine. I want to enable each individual to achieve the best health of their life through specific food choices. Each individual body is different, so why should all diet plans be the same? Everyone needs a specific plan for their body, their metabolism, their current disease state, etc. And thats what my goal is for everyone I help!
