Nan's background in biology and psychology, her love of cooking, and her sudden diagnosis of lupus in her late 30's provided the foundation for her discovery of a disease-reversing food-mood makeover and her ultimate career as a certified health coach. Nan works with people who are fatigued, inflamed, overweight, diagnosed with digestive and autoimmune conditions, and motivated to embrace healthy habits. Nan received her training as an integtrative health coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where she learned more than one hundred dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. Her education, work and personal experience have equipped her with extensive knowledge in nutrition, health coaching, and preventive health. Drawing on these skills, she works with clients to help them make lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results.
