About me
I'm so happy you're here. Before I dive into all the ways I'd love to support you, I figured I'd share 5 mini-facts about me so we can start to get to know each other:
I'm OBSESSED with limes and literally squeeze them into everything!
My hair is messy 99% of the time (and I actually prefer it that way)
Sweatpants are my outfit of choice (always!)
I got married to my dream man… in Vegas!
Little did I know I'd birth two sons who have just as much energy as I do!
For over a decade, I've been passionate about coaching and supporting women in transforming their health, mindset and life - especially all of you mamas out there. As a mom of two incredible sons, Jackson and Sawyer, I have a special place in my heart for supporting all of you mamas out there.
When I first started out as a personal trainer I primarily focused on corporate fitness, however, once I felt guided to working specifically with women I've never looked back. I've learned first hand the value of empowering, accessible and community-rooted programs that help build a foundation for women to truly thrive in all areas of their life. The vision I hold for every single woman I work with is that they fully recognize how incredibly strong they are and they witness the magic that happens when we prioritize and love ourselves in the way we all deserve.
This inspired me to create The Wellness Web - a user-friendly and virtual platform that provides you with everything you need to elevate your health and well-being. No matter where you are on your wellness journey, I will welcome you with open arms and be your biggest cheerleader. All you need to do is just say yes, for you!

My biggest passion is supporting women through their personal transformation of their health, mindset and life. I've been guiding women through this process for over 20 years and I recognize that we as women need to release the guilt and put ourselves first. When we take care of ourselves not only are we better for it, but everyone else is too.
