About Me

How may I help you?

I am an experienced health coach and nutrition consultant available to evaluate and problem solve with you. We will create and implement solutions to improve your health and well being. I have assisted individuals of all ages and at all stages of chronic disease such as cancer, diabetes and digestive disorders as well as individuals seeking to maintain their wellness care or need an ally or second opinion.  I have worked with men and women of all ages and also with teenagers and children, just beginning to learn about nutrition and making healthy choices. My goal is to help others understand their own body's nutritional needs and create a plan for your body to thrive.

The following consultation schedule is generalized and can be adjusted to your personal needs, I am open to suggestions. I encourage my clients to create and keep realistic goals, that YOU make for yourself with my guidance. Everyone is unique of course.

Typical steps for a 2 Week Nutrition Consultation ($200):

(30-60 minute) Initial Consultation over the phone, followed by an attached 7 Day Food Journal & Questionaire

Turn in the 7 Day Food Journal & Questionaire then schedule your Nutrition Consultation

(60-90 minute) Nutrition Consultation that goes over the 7 Day Food Journal & Questionaire. Establish a plan!

During the week after your Nutrition Consultation I am available for questions and interested in your feedback and will be checking in with you:)

(60-90 minute) Nutrition Consultation follow-up and looking towards the future...

Pressuring and judgment are not a part of my practice, my philosophy centers around knowledge, inspiration and realistic goals, step by step to health.  As a great doctor I worked for often says, "Every step you take, ask yourself if it is building health or dis-ease."

I have a treasure of knowledge in biology, alternative medicine and nutrition and I know that the body has an innate ability to constantly heal; if given pure food and an environment to thrive.

My toolkit:

  1. Food Journaling
  2. Real food, supplements & herbs (organic & non-synthetic)
  3. Education and reading recommendations
  4. Shopping and reading of labels
  5. Your local farmers market
  6. Essential oils
  7. Water filtration instruction
  8. Detoxification processes
  9. Elimination diet
  10. Leaky gut and probiotic protocols
  11. Assistance with reducing and eliminating synthetic compounds (OTC, prescription drugs, processed foods, GMO ingredients, beauty products, air fresheners and other biologically toxic 'everyday' items)
