I am a REAL food, naturopathic and clinical registered dietitian who practices 'ancestral nutrition' or how we were designed to eat. My passion is to help others get better, physically and emotionally, not by treating symptoms but by digging up the ROOT cause of their health condition. With this in mind, after working as a clinical dietitian, I have launched NutriHeal, my private practice where I work on a daily basis with patients (from all over the world) suffering from digestive disorders, gut issues, hormonal imbalances, autoimmune conditions, adrenal fatigue and various chronic diseases. I love creating my own recipes using real foods, swimming in the sea and sweating after HIIT.

How it works

Many individuals with autoimmune diseases believe that they're doomed. But did you know that simple dietary and lifestyle changes can help you get rid of many of your symptoms? After all, when you feed your body with trigger foods, your immune system is bound to react. So it makes sense to remove these foods, right?

I discovered the diet-autoimmune connection about 3 years ago (because conventional dietetic programs do not teach us that) when I was diagnosed with juvenile arthritis, PCOS and HPA axis dysfunction. And for a health-conscious ex-athlete, that was a huge blow. But I was determined not give up and started implementing simple lifestyle and dietary changes. Fast forward a few years and I am now living pain-free at an ideal body weight.

Highlights

This is a transformative six-week-long program created for people who are dealing with various types of autoimmune conditions.  Each week is a gentle, gradual process of eliminating trigger foods and introducing healing foods that will help soothe your immune system while also reinforcing it.
