About me
Dr.Sanam Gupta completed a five and half year graduation(B.A.M.S.) in 2008 from Baba Farid University, Punjab. After completing her 3 years M.D. in Holistic Nutrition and Integrative Medicine From renowned Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla, in 2011. She did a diet certificate course from Harvard University in 2020 and a panchakarma diploma course from Mumbai. Her specialization is in chronic disorders, menstrual disorders, antenatal, postnatal care, baby diet, skin concerns, digestive issues, neurological and metabolic disorders. Ayurveda heals one's body through a customized diet, lifestyle recommendations, herbs, spiritual healing, and detoxification therapies. She worked at Ayurvedic college Patiala as an Assistant professor from 2012 to 2015. She also practiced in O.P.D., taught and mentored M.D. students. After moving to Canada in 2015, She became a member of the Canadian Ayurveda Member Alliance organization and opened her Wellness tyme Centre in Lethbridge, Alberta. She taught online courses in partnership with Maharishi University, U.S.A., and a one-semester course at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition, Ottawa. Presently she is working as an Ayurvedic Consultant and teaching courses at Holistic Ayurveda Institute and Wellness Centre Ottawa. She also presented a paper on Heart Disorders at the Annual National Ayurveda Conference hosted by CAMA in Brampton, ON. She organized various workshops during her journey at Yoga centers, International Festivals in Alberta, and Ottawa.
