About me
Dr. Sujana completed her Bachelors in Ayurveda Medicine and Surgery from Amrita School of Ayurveda and PG Diploma in Yoga from Annamalai University. This 6 years of full-time university degree includes a one-year rotational internship in Ayurvedic Hospitals. She received special additional training on Yoga, Breathing Exercises (Pranayama) from her Diploma in Yoga. She is currently serving as Physician at Holistic Heritage, Kayamkulam, Kerala, India. She is also an Ayurveda Consultant at Kottakkal Arya Vaidya Sala, Puthupally branch, Kayamkulam. She is registered Ayurveda Doctor under Indian Medical Council. Her areas of expertise include - Panchakarma (Detoxification), Ayurvedic Diet ( Pathya and Apathya), Spa and beauty treatment, Yoga & Meditation.
