Dr. Gopinathan Nair CMD Dr. Gopinathan Nair is the Founder Chairman and Global President of Santhigram Group of Companies doing the business of spreading Complimentary & Alternative medicine (CAM) practices, specifically Ayurveda, all over the world. He is the person responsible for propagating Kerala specific Ayurveda Panchakarma treatments, which is famous for alleviating chronic ailments without side effects, outside India, particularly in UK & USA in its totality. He quit as one of the top executives of a premier IT company in India with global presence, to start Santhigram Ayurveda in 1998 by opening in a row 3 Ayurveda Hospitals in different locations in the capital city of India, New Delhi. Gopinathan Nair, is a Management expert and is also the life member of prestigious Management institutions in India like All India Management Association and Delhi Management Association, New Delhi. He has gained extensive and diverse experience in management while working with variety of Industries in New Delhi in senior management positions before switching over to Ayurveda Healthcare business nearly 20 years back. He has initially got into Ayurveda business to help his wife Dr. Ambika Nair for startup of her Ayurveda clinics. His management experience and skills have taken the Ayurveda business of his wife into a different dimension and helped Santhigram Ayurveda group to grow into a multi-national Ayurvedic entity today serving a large population of India, UK and USA. With his consistent efforts, the growth of Santhigram Ayurveda in the US was phenomenal and in a span of less than 10 years, Santhigram has established its Ayurveda Panchakarma Centers at 12 locations spread over New Jersey, New York, Texas, Illinois and Wisconsin. In recognition of his outstanding contribution in spreading Authentic Ayurvedic Services in India and abroad, he has been honored by Indian Institute of Complementary Medicine (IICM), a Govt. of India recognized institution, with "Honorary Doctorate-, the most prestigious award of the institution. He is also the recipient of various other awards like "Super Achiever Award- from Bharat Nirman, New Delhi, "Pride of the Country Award- from Society of Industry & Business Achievements, New Delhi and "International Dharma Award- from Association of Ayurvedic Professionals of North America (AAPNA), all for his contribution in propagating the goodness of Ayurveda worldwide.
