I am an Holistic healing Ayurvedic medicine expert who has been trained in traditional Ayurveda from one of the top Ayurveda universities of the world in India. With my Ayurveda consultation, I use proven Ayurvedic diagnostic tools such as Dosha, reading your pulse, tongue analysis and your wellness goals to give a personalized plan that consists of diet therapy, lifestyle modification and herbs to help you on a journey for optimal health.
