Kathryn received her Bachelors of Applied Science; Psycholgy at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh PA and went on to American University of Complimentary Medicine in Los Angeles CA to become a Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner. She further enhanced her knowledge and experience in India studying Advanced Herbology at Greens Ayurvedic Clinic in Kerala and Clinical Therapy at DPU College of Ayurved Hospital, Pune in concert with International Academy of Ayurved. Kathryn is the Founder of AyurWayForLife, CEO at M.A.H.A.T. and a Professional Member of NAMA. She writes Ayurvedic Science educational programs for yoga teacher training programs worldwide and sees Patients at a distance in the privacy of their own homes to holistically treat each individual's Body, Mind and Environment with comprehensive science backed plans for short term relief and long term wellness.
