About me

I am an experienced Ayurvedic practitioner, educator and researcher . I have been educated with a degree in Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery from SDM College of Ayurveda, Udupi. In addition, I have specialized with a Postgraduate degree in Kayachikitsa (General Medicine) from Govt Ayurveda Medical college,Mysore. Over the last six years, I have been working as an Assistant Professor in Alva's Ayurveda Medical College and Hospital, Moodbidri. I have published a lot of Ayurveda research papers and presented in National and international seminars. Some of research papers: Seminar presentation in GLOBAL AYURVEDA FESTIVAL, Kerala on Jalodara and its Management Article presentation in JBSO on 1.Management of Hypertension vis a vis Raktachapadikyata with Brahmyadi churna, Ashwagandha churna and Shilajitu vati Concept of Ama with correlation to Free radicals
