About me
Ada Komani
I teach yoga, I love yoga and I live yoga. The reason for that is that yoga has changed my life. Yoga has cured me of a difficult disease, but what is most important yoga has positively changed me as a person and has changed how I view the world. Yoga is so much more than the physical practice. Yoga is a way of life. And i love teaching that way of life to everyone that the universe sends into my life. I have a steady asana practice. In addition, I practice pranayama and meditation daily. I also do my best to practice karma yoga and bhakti yoga in my life.
