I have been practicing traditional Chinese medicine for the past 6 years. I have been educated at Traditional school of Acupuncture, Taiwan and Certified from The Russian Acupuncture school and currently practice at The Acupuncture Clinic in Goa, Candolim.

Cupping is a simple and safe procedure. On occasion some patients experience mild bruising which generally dissipates within a few days. The Cupping procedure is painless and feels similar to a medium-light to deep massage
Moxibustion - is one of the main therapeutic modalities used in Traditional Chinese Medicine. The procedure involves the burning of the herb Artemisia Vulgaris (Ai Ye in Pin Yin, also known as Mugwort) over specific points on the body.
GUA SHA
(coining, spooning or scraping) is defined as instrument-assisted unidirectional press-stroking of a lubricated area of the body surface to intentionally create transitory therapeutic petechiae called 'sha' representing extravasation of blood in the subcutis. Modern research shows the transitory therapeutic petechiae produce an anti inflammatory and immune protective effect that persists for days following a single Gua sha treatment accounting for the immediate relief that patients feel from pain, stiffness, fever, chill, cough, wheeze, nausea and vomiting.
