About me
Dr. Michael A. Martinez was born and raised in Houston, Texas. He received his Doctorate in chiropractic from Southern California University of Health Sciences. For his undergraduate studies he attended Concordia University in Austin, Texas and studied Biology. It was through his years of studying the biochemical and biomechanical workings of the the human body that he decided to further his studies and pursue chiropractic in one of the only schools in the united states that integrates the classrooms with students pursuing various health care professions such as traditional Chinese medicine, master's of science Physician assistant, and chiropractic. This has helped shaped Dr. Martinez in to a practitioner that looks at his patient's as a whole and helps to coordinate the best care for that patient even when that means co-managing with other providers and finding the best referral possible. His goal is to find the root cause of his patients problems and develop a treatment plan that ultimately teaches his patients how to take autonomy of their own bodies.
