About Stephanie #FAVacupuncturist #FAVmethod Stephanie Gianarelli (LAc, Dipl.Ac, Dipl.CH) is a Fellow of the American Board of Oriental Reproductive Medicine (FABORM), a licensed and national board certified acupuncturist and Chinese herbalist. Stephanie received her Master's degree in Oriental Medicine from Southwest Acupuncture College in Santa Fe, New Mexico in 1999. She also completed post-graduate training in acupuncture and Chinese herbology focusing on gynecology at Zhe Jiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Hang Zhou, P.R. China. She founded Acupuncture Northwest in 2000 in the same building it is still in today, the Medical Dental Building. Stephanie began her specialty in Infertility enhancement in 2002, early in her career as an acupuncturist. She has written a book, with Dr. Lora Shahine, called Planting the Seeds of Pregnancy as a resource for patients and couples wanting easy access to the most useful advice in the world of Infertility enhancement. She, as well as the rest of the practitioners at Acupuncture Northwest, also treat women throughout their pregnancies and into postpartum. Stephanie and Acupuncture Northwest & Associates have been featured on Q13 Fox, Evening Magazine, on KOMO 4 news, in Seattle Magazine, South Sound Magazine and the Seattle Times. She has also been awarded the designation of Seattle Met Magazine's Top Doc for 2017 in the East Asian Medicine category. Stephanie and her colleagues have given many lectures to both lay people and the medical community on acupuncture and the treatment of Infertility and pregnancy. As time permits, Stephanie mentors students from Bastyr University about using Chinese medicine for Infertility enhancement.
