About me
Hi, I'm Renee.
I am an experienced and passionate multi-modality practitioner with 15 years in private practice. I am passionate about supporting the community in holistic health and healing.
My journey into the broader systems of health and healing began when I was quite young. As a child, I struggled with my own health concerns and discovered allopathic medicine and mainstream approaches were largely unable to provide me with effective treatment options, or the answers I sought.
I also often experienced prophetic dreams, a heightened sense of 'knowing', and an unexplainable sensitivity and awareness of people around me.
I found I had an overwhelming drive to discover the why, the cause and the meaning behind what I was experiencing; and through exploring alternative healing approaches, and with the guidance of natural healthcare practitioners and holistic healers, my health began to dramatically improve. During this time of healing and self-discovery, I began to recognize and understand the dynamic between my own health struggles and the way in which I was experiencing my expanded awareness.
Through observing and acknowledging my heightened sensitivity and intuitive nature, not only did I discover why I felt so much so deeply; it formed part of my lived experience of walking the sometimes challenging, unique, and complicated path towards health and wholeness. I knew, deep within my soul, that supporting others through their journey was part of my calling and was deeply inspired to explore the potentials of healing on a physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual level.

I have studied, and continue to study, metaphysics and health sciences to bring a holistic and intuitive approach to my practice. I have a deep respect for the unique healing journey of each individual and aim to empower others on their path towards integrated health and wellness.
As a qualified TCM Practitioner, Energetic Healer, Bowen Therapist, Hypnotist, Meditation Teacher, and Reiki Master, I am driven to continually develop & expand my skills to address all aspects of wellbeing in a way that honours and best supports the individual.
My passion is to inspire those embarking on their own healing journey, to share my knowledge, and to empower you with the tools to work towards your own greatest physical, mental, emotional & spiritual wellbeing. Healing the Mind, Body and Spirit - Peace by Piece! I have studied at Western Sydney University and undertook a three-month internship in China to obtain my Degree in Bachelor of Health Science/ Master of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
