Justin is an ACE certified professional with a Bachelors of Science from San Diego State University in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Physical Therapy. He has over 7 years of work experience in the fitness industry as a Personal Trainer, Health Coach, Group Exercise instructor, Physical Therapy aide, wellness coach and nutrition coach. He has played nearly every sport since the age of 5 years old and has a personal passion for weightlifting, martial arts and bodybuilding.
