❤️ If this is the case for you, I have crafted an Anxiety Reducing Yoga Nidra Series that may really serve you through this unique time in our lives.
❤️ This 3 part class series will support your nervous system to calm and relax, your immune functioning to restore and replenish, and for you to receive a visceral experience of feeling safe and held by Earth.
❤️ This series is designed to give you tools and support to reduce anxiety levels to experience more peace and calm in your nervous system, mind, and emotions.
→ Each class is designed to support you to feel relaxed, rejuvenated and restored + to give you the confidence and awareness of how to move through your day with less stress. You will have life-time access to these classes and can come back to them again and again.
→ Each Class will begin with a yogic teaching about how to reduce stress. Mantra will then be chanted at the beginning and end to set a container of light for healing and protection. After Yoga Nidra, I will guide a short pranayama practice to support your nervous system to balance and your emotional body to cleanse and purify.
→ Yoga nidra is union through sacred sleep. Infused with teachings from the ancients, you will be guided through a ritualized practice, while lying on your back, in which you are guided through each layer of Self to relieve tensions and have a visceral experience of your multi-dimensionality.
→ Yoga nidra is powerful medicine for the body, mind and soul. This state of freedom allows you to reprogram self-limiting beliefs and to heal your body.
→ It is said that 45 minutes of yoga nidra is equivalent to about 4 hours of deep sleep.

Megan is a certified RYT 200 hour Yoga teacher who has worked as a life counselor for over 4 years. In addition, she has done 40 hour advanced Yoga Nidra teacher training as well. She founded Wild Moon, where she offers 1:1 counseling and transformational programs. She has been working to connect to ourselves and attune our body and soul through Yoga. She has been guiding a lot of ceremonies and loving support on Facebook.
