Learn how you can balance your hormones with diet. Hormone Balance Programme – 28 Day
This program is for you if you are struggling with infertility, PMS, mood swings, weight gain, or low libido as you could be dealing with a hormone imbalance.
This could be due to having too much estrogen–known as estrogen dominance. Estrogen Dominance can cause symptoms such as fatigue, depression, weight gain, PMS, menstrual problems and has been linked with conditions such as autoimmune conditions, candida overgrowth and thyroid dysfunction.
This programme seeks to reinstate healthy hormone balance by addressing the causes of hormone imbalance and addressing them with dietary intervention, nutritional supplements and lifestyle changes.

She reminisces “I started working within NHS as a part of Dietetics team where I was involved in providing training to health care professionals and dietary and lifestyle advice to NHS patients on weight loss, nutritional requirements during pregnancy, Type 2 Diabetes and maintenance of nutritional status.
I went on to pursue MSc in Human Nutrition from the University of Chester. I am also a registered member of the Association for Nutrition (AFN), which is the regulatory body that accredits the Graduate and Post Graduate courses in Nutrition within the UK and is subject to strict codes of conduct, standards, and continuing professional development. Upon completion of the course, I started working as a Nutritionist for Danone for its leading brands including Aptamil and Cow & Gate providing consultation to parents, parents-to-be, and healthcare professionals on early life nutrition.
