Medical History:

30yrs female came to our clinic with a complaint of right periorbital pain. She would sneeze 10-15 time early morning with watery discharge, blocking of both nostrils at night for one month. She had gained a lot of weight during the post-operative period of arthroplasty and right radius fracture two years ago.

She was taking allopathic treatment for right eye pain from an ophthalmologist and was referred to ENT but no relief. She developed half sided headache followed by vomiting after one week of treatment.

Case Management:

I started the Science Based Evidence Based Ayurveda (SBEBA) treatment after assessing the disease as per the SBEBA guidelines. I advised her scientific diet.

Her right periorbital pain and nasal congestion stopped in two days. For the last two weeks, the patient has not taken any allopathic medicine for nasal congestion and for pain. No any Nasya or Siravedhan or Agnikarma was performed neither any oil application was advised. She has advised only hot water bag fomentation which patient followed only for two days.
