This is a case of female patient 29 years old suffering from migraine since 2 and a half years old who came in an emergency condition with severe bursting headache and severe constipation for 5 days. She mentioned her headaches are bursting type which used to aggravate by sun exposure and by the slightest noise. She has to lie down while suffering from a headache and take a rest.

Location: Pain covers the whole head and settles in the occiput; headache is better by pressing and gets worse in the evening.

Bowel Movement: Always constipated since last 2 years (obstinate constipation)

I prescribed her BRYONIA 200 two times a day for 3 days.
