Case Study Of Ayurveda For HbA1C Levels

A 28 year old male patient came with uncontrolled blood sugar levels of 15 HbA1C. He was on medications and felt chronic fatigue, tiredness, lack of concentration, disturbed sleep and had gained substantial weight.After initial investigation, the patient was diagnosed with increased blood sugar levels during which he noticed that he had put on a lot of weight in the last three years. Coming from a family history of Diabetes mellitus coupled with poor lifestyle and diet, his PPBS was between 250-280. HE compained about constant tiredness, uncontrolled blood sugar levels, poor concentration and disturbed sleep.
